EACH STORY

Limited Beer

Since last year, a special EACH STORY limited-edition beer has been crafted using hops personally grown by the organizers in Enzan, Yamanashi. This year, those hops, rich with vibrant aromas, ripened in June and were harvested in July.

Once again, FARCRY BREWING has expertly brewed this 2024 limited-edition beer, offering a taste that’s truly unique to this event.

We will propose special plates using fresh and delicious ingredients grown in the wilderness near Yatsugatake, as well as dishes and beverages that can be enjoyed only here.

We are FARCRY BREWING.
FARCRY BREWING was born in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture in January 2021. The brewer is Takeshi Akuzawa, a leading expert in brewing beer using koji. In Kiryu, a land rich in water with many water sources, we will brew our main beer using fermentation techniques rooted in traditional Japanese culture and an avant-garde brewing method that only we can produce, to create beer that will make a fist-pump to the world.

Located in a corner of Lembai (a farmer's cooperative sales center) near Kamakura Station, this is a popular natural yeast bread store. The owner, Junpei Katsumi, makes excellent breads, especially the campagne. A breakfast of Paradise Alley's campagne will make you feel happy for the rest of the day. In addition, the world view created by Junpei Katsumi, a baker and artist, is like a universe, always exciting.
